What St. James's Place Said About A Disabled MS Patient — On Their Own Recorded Lines
These are not allegations. These are recordings from inside SJP. Their adviser. Their system. Their words.
“He's calling me again, the client. Honestly. The grief he has given me is unbelievable.”
“I've just had enough… it's not your fault, the system is broken… it's super painful.”
“The client has realised his stupidity… and carelessness in (cancelling the annuity).”
What Happened
My father Ragesh is 63 years old. He has severe Multiple Sclerosis. He is entirely wheelchair dependent. His SJP pension is his only income.
In August 2025 he instructed St. James's Place to set up a pension annuity. Ten months later it still has not been done.
During those ten months SJP told him on two separate occasions that his pension funds could not be located. SJP's own final response dated 29 May 2026 confirmed both statements were incorrect.
For seven months SJP provided no communication about whether his life savings existed.
His MS Clinical Nurse Specialist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust has confirmed in writing that he is suffering a neurological relapse directly caused by the stress of SJP's conduct.
SJP offered him £5,000.
